EQUATOR FESTIVAL was set up by ShivaNova in 2007 as a promotional arm of the company.
It promotes and tours high quality international world musicians and dancers from all over the world in its series of concerts and events in London as well as in areas of Kent. It is also looking to bring artists from other countries to tour in the UK and also for artists and performing groups here to tour in other parts of the world. Our annual Women of the World Festival has featured culturally diverse women performers at the South Bank Centre and Kings Place, and in venues in Kent and the South-East.
Venues and regions it is promoting include Southbank Centre, Kings Place in London, and Canterbury, Margate, Folkestone, Ashford, Medway as well as others in the South East.
